You have to enter either ICAI Registration Number or Bar Code along with PIN for downloading CA Exam hall ticket. Must verify your Roll No, Name, Group (s)/ Unit, exam centre, dates and time etc.

As per Paragraph 11 of Guidance Note “Issue of Admit Cards” hosted on  the dispatch of physical admit cards has now been discontinued.

Therefore, all students of CA Intermediate (IPC)/ATE and Final course who are going to appear for the coming examination to be held in the month of May, 2015, have to download and/ or print their Admit Card online for May, 2015 examination.

However, as an additional service to the examinees, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will also send the physical Admit Cards/ Hall Tickets for May 2015 examination by post to every candidate who had submitted physical OMR exam forms and are found eligible, by post, generally 21 days prior to the commencement of the examination.

However, physical admit cards will not be sent to those candidates who applied online. They will be required to print their admit cards from official website at i.e. online only. Note that download admit cards as well as physical admit cards both are valid for admission to the examination.

For downloading/ printing of CA exam admit cards online, you will be asked for enter the following information after selecting the examination in which you intend to appear:

A) Student registration number or the bar code as shown on your examination form; and
B) Personal Identification Number (PIN) indicated by you at the time of filing your application form for CA examination.

Now, if you are ready to download your CA exam hall ticket, please visit and enter the required information and thereafter click on Submit button. Now in the next page click on continue to download your admit card in PDF or print the same in A4 size paper immediately.

Admit card will contain your photograph as well as the signature. However, any discrepancy relating to exam, group, medium, centre, name spelling, registration number etc., found in the printed admit card, the same should be reported in writing to the exam department so as to reach the CA Institute at least 7 (seven) days prior to the commencement of the examination.

Note that the request for change of center/medium/group etc. received later than seven days prior to the commencement of exam will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Thus, any request/ correspondence relating to any examination matters should be sent/ made at the following address necessarily by the examinee himself/herself.

Any request/ correspondence relating to examination matters made by parents/ guardian/ siblings/ principal/ well-wishers on behalf of the examinees will not be entertained.

Further note that all Intermediate (IPC) unit candidates should check that their admit card is for the applicable Unit. Otherwise, they should inform the Institute in writing requesting for correction and should appear only in papers of the respective Unit.

For Final candidates:

Please note that you should quote your registration number, bar code number of your examination form and receipt number issued by the regional office(s), Centre opted (with zone, if applicable), telephone number, fax number etc. while contacting to the above mentioned helpline.

Question: I forgot my PIN. What can I do now?

Answer: Don’t worry! I think you have already a copy of the exam form for reference. So, please check that copy of your Exam Form for the PIN.

However, you can also call our Helpline numbers of the Exam Dept. or the respective regional office(s) for assistance in the matter as stated above.

Question: I had not affixed my photograph in the exam form. Can I send them now?

Answer: Yes. However, once the admit cards are posted/hosted, no changes will be made thereon. The photographs will be used at the time of preparation of pass certificates. Accordingly, CA Institute recommend you to carry with you a photo identity card issued by the Govt. or by ICAI at the time of registration as articles assistants, to the examination hall, along with the admit card downloaded/printed from the website.

Question: What will I do if my CA Exam Admit card does not contain my Photo and Signature?

Answer: Some candidates submitted their exam forms on-line but did not send a print-out of their online exam forms after affixing their photographs and signatures thereon. Admit cards of such candidates, hosted on the website, will not contain their photographs and signatures.

If this is your case then don’t worry. You are just required to carry any one of the following photo identification otherwise you will not be allowed entry into the Examination Centre:

A) Voter’s card;
B) Driving License;
C) Passport;
D) Identity Card issued by College etc.

Question: What happens if I have no any of the above mentioned documents for Identity?

Answer: In case you do not have any of the above mentioned photo identity cards, you may get your photos attested by a Chartered Accountant or a Gazetted Officer and carry the same to the examination Centre, as proof of your identity.
