CS Foundation, Executive and Final students may fill up, submit and make payment for Company Secretaries Dec 2014 Examination application Form Online.
Accordingly, you shall have to apply online to fill up the CS Exam Form for Dec 2014 attempt of CS Foundation, Executive and Professional Programme Examinations.

Students desirous of appearing in the Dec, 2014 may apply and submit their requests for -
a) Paper-wise Exemption on the basis of qualification; and/or
b) Registration Denovo/ Extension
upto 10th October, 2014 (the last date of examination enrollment with late fee).
The last date for receipt of online examination enrollment application and payment of examination fees for appearing in CS Exams December, 2014 without late fee is Thursday, 25th September, 2014 (25.09.2014). However, students appearing for CS Foundation/ CS Executive/ CS Professional Dec 2014 Exams may also submit exam form online on or before the last date with late fee of Rs. 250 10th October, 2014 (10.10.2014) up to 12:00 midnight.
Note that the examination applications in physical form will not be accepted for December, 2014 session examination and onward. Thus, the physical exam form will be immediately rejected by the CS Institute without any prior notice.
Procedure For Online Examination Enrollment
Step-1:First of all clear your web browsing data by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete from your keyboard. Use any browser but Google Chrome and Internet Explorer is preferable.
Get your New Registration No.: If you have Old Registration Number and applied for the Denovo then please check your denovo status and get the New Registration Number (DENOVO).
Step-2:Visit CS Institute web portal www.icsi.edu and click on LOGIN button link as shown in the picture.

If you are first time visitor or you have not created your account (who don’t have password) then please follow these stepts for filing CS Exam form online:
1) Click on Reset password (students only) and enter your all details viz. Your Programme (Foundation/Executive/Professional), Registration Number, Gender, DOB, Pin Code etc.) and then Click on Proceed button.
2) Subsequently enter your Email address and Mobile Number.
3) Now Click on Reset Password and get your password on the screen.
4) After getting your password, just login again with your username (17 digit registration number) and follow the Step 3 onwards as given below.
Step-3:If you have already registered then you may login in directly by providing user name (Registration No. or Email-Id) and password.
Step-4:After successful login click on My Account under Student Menu as shown in this picture (Click here).
Step-5:Now either click on Examination Enrolment menu and then select Submit Examination Form option or you may click on the direct link given on right side as “Click here to Enroll For Examination”.
Step-6:Now you will see the option to proceed to fill the form or cancel the same.
Step-7:In the open window you have to select or enter appropriate details such as Center, Medium and Module etc. and thereafter just select the payment mode/ option either Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking and proceed for payment.
Step-8:You will see the transaction ID as well as Request ID along with various details like Name, Address, City Sate, Country, mobile number and email ID etc. on your screen. Verify the details carefully and Download the Details before pressing the button for payment. This is because NO Updations will be allowed after the payment is made online.
Moreover, for any further updation/ change in Centre Name, Medium and Module, you have to pay Rs. 250 + Surcharge as requisite fee every time separately for each updation.
You will also receive registration confirmation (Request ID and Payment ID) in your Mobile as well as Email id.
Step-9:You may either choose option for payment by Credit/ Debit Card or may also proceed for payment through Internet Banking facility provided by more than 50 banks.
Step-10:Finally, after successful payment the duplicate receipt of the payment details can be generated online. Now, check your Enrollment status online for CS Examination.
In case, you are not sure of the payment status, you may write to CS Institute at firstname.lastname@example.org with your bank statement.
Note that the process of confirmation by the Institute from the bank usually takes 3 days after which your record shall be unlocked in case the transaction was unsuccessful.
You may seek change in the examination enrollment status along with the requisite fee of Rs. 250/- which will be accepted from 11th October, 2014 to 7th December, 2014. Note that after 07/12/2014 all requests for change in enrollment status will be rejected without notice. However, the change of examination centre within a particular city is not allowed.
