All those students whose request for examination enrollment have been rejected due to expiry of registration but applied for renewal of registration in time may contact the CS Institute at e-mail id extension@icsi.edu or at telephone number 0120-4522072/75 for verification of records.
Further, if your exam form/fee has not been received by CS Institute or you had entered wrong registration number then the following message will be displayed on screen:
“As per our record your examination form/ fee for June, 2013 session has not been received at our end.”
However, if you have sent/ submitted the examination form, you may send the following details at enroll@icsi.edu for verifying ICSI records:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has made it ingenious to check and verify the enrollment of their students online who had applied for and are going to appear in forthcoming exams.
Accordingly, the candidates may visit WebForm June2013 and enter their complete 17 Digits Registration No. to see the enrollment Status for CS June, 2013 Examination.
For any mismatch in photograph and/or signature, you may send immediately scanned images of photograph and signature (in JPG format) at rajesh.sharma@icsi.edu mentioning your registration number.
And for any discrepancy in examination Centre, medium or module, you may contact at enroll@icsi.edu or call at phone: 0120- 4522081/ 86. For any change in the examination enrollment status, an amount of Rs. 250/- is payable. However, change of examination centre within a particular city is not allowed.
Note that requests for any change in the enrollment status will not be entertained after generation of Roll Number/ admit cards which will be available after 20th May, 2013.

Therefore, if you have remitted the fee as per old rates then please remit the differential amount as per details given above otherwise your CS examination application are liable to be rejected due to insufficient fee received by exam department.
Similarly, students who have submitted the old examination application forms are required to remit the differential amount of Rs. 450.
Thus, the balance amount may be remitted by way of demand draft favouring “the institute of company secretaries of India” payable at “New Delhi”.
