CS Executive Programme examination results December, 2012

The results of the Company Secretaries (CS) Executive Programme examination held in Dec, 2012 are scheduled to be declared on Monday, the 25th February, 2013 at 11:00 AM.

In accordance with the intimation being sent to all the candidates who have appeared in December, 2012 Executive Programme examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the results of the Company Secretaries (CS) Executive Programme examination held in Dec, 2012 are scheduled to be declared on Monday, the 25th February, 2013 at 11:00 AM.

All students passing the CS Executive Programme examination in December, 2012 session are eligible to seek registration to the Professional Programme and all those students who shall be registering themselves for the CS Professional Programme upto and including 28/02/2013 are eligible for appearing in All Four Modules of the CS Professional Programme Examinations to be held in December, 2013 subject to completion of coaching and other formalities.

In case you will not register on or before 28th February, you may register during the period from 1st March, 2013 to 31st May, 2013 to become eligible for appearing in Any Two Modules (any combination as per your preference) in December, 2013 examination.

Thus, students who will pass the CS Executive Programme exams held in Dec, 2012 session and desirous of appearing in All Four Modules of Professional Programme Examinations in December, 2013 session must apply for registration as a student for CS Professional Programme on or before Thursday, 28th February, 2013.

You may also download the physical application form (FORM NO.SR-39) for enrolment in professional programme. Before filling up the application please visit icsi.edu and view overall status, in case of any discrepancy, updation or modification including change of address is required, please attach a separate letter to enable CS Institute to update the records accordingly.

The application shall be made to the Institute along with a crossed demand draft for Rs. 12,000 drawn in favour of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India payable at New Delhi. The application forms can be submitted in the Institute’s Noida Office and also at CS Institute’s Regional / Chapter offices as mentioned here.

However, those students being declared ‘FAIL’ in the CS Executive Programme exams held in Dec, 2012 session may submit their exam form with requisite fee of Rs. 1200 per Module latest by Monday, 25th March, 2013 and with the prescribed late fee of Rs. 250 upto Tuesday, 9th April, 2013 for appearing in June, 2013 session of examinations.

How to see my CS Executive result?

1) You may see your result online on the website of the CS Institute by entering your Roll Number e.g. 214541. Note that the physical Marks Statement will not be sent by post and therefore you should have to download the E-Mark Sheet from www.icsi.edu immediately after declaration of results for reference and records. However, you may also download your E-Marksheets for June2012 Session December 2011 Session June2011 Session

2) The results will also be displayed in the Headquarters of the CS Institute (Lodi Road and Noida Offices), its Regional/Chapter offices as well as at the Examination Centre premises where the Executive examinations were held.

3) You may also check your result over telephone at the Institute’s Headquarters at Noida (0120-4522081/84/85/86/87) and the Regional/ Chapter Offices of the Institute.

ICSI: The Companies Act, 2013 shall not be applicable to June, 2014 Examinations of the CS Foundation, Executive and Professional Programmes.
