CS Professional result date announced. CS Professional results Dec 2018. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced that the result of Company Secretaries (CS) Examinations for Professional Programme (Final) Dec, 2018 would be declared in the morning at 11.00 A.M. on Monday, the 25th February, 2019.
Accordingly, all candidates who has appeared in CS Professional Dec, 2018 examination may check their results alongwith subject-wise breakup of marks on ICSI official website icsi.edu immediately after declaration of result.
Additionally, you may also get your CS Final result through e-mail by registering yourself in advance on CS Institute website. You also be able to know your subject-wise breakup of marks. CS Institute hosted all results to the above official website icsi.examresults.net
Physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement
The CS Institute will dispatch the Result-cum-Marks Statement 2019 at the candidate’s registered address. You shall receive your mark sheet within a week. It may take longer time depending on your address. CS Institute send mark sheet immediately after declaration of your result. Check the result for CS Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) Examination held in Dec 2018 on 25-02-2019.
However, if you will not receive the physical copy of Marks Sheet within 30 days of declaration of result then please contact the CS Institute at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to provide your Name, Registration Number and Exam Roll Number etc. in that email.

Passing Criteria for CS Professional Dec 2018 Exams
You are qualified CS Professional Programme Dec 2018 in all modules if you secures at one sitting:
- Minimum of 40% marks in each papers; and
- 50% marks in the aggregate of all the papers put together.
However, if a candidate has appeared in all the papers of a module and has secured 60% or more marks in one paper and a minimum of 25% marks in each of the remaining papers of that module but has failed in the module, shall be exempted from that or those paper(s) in which he/she secured sixty per cent or more marks, in any subsequent examination. That meants, you have to secure minimum 60 marks for claiming exemption. Additionally, you must secure at least 25 marks in other subjects. Otherwise, you are not eligible to claim exemtion in paper securing 60 marks.
Note that you have to submit an application to claim exemption in any paper on or before the last date of enrolment for the CS professional programme examination in which he/she intends to appear.
In case, if you appeared in all the papers of the Module without obtaining any exemption and have failed in only one paper comprised in the Module, but got a minimum of 60% of the total marks of the remaining papers of the module you shall be declared to have passed in that module if you appear in the paper in which you had failed and gets at least 50% marks in any subsequent examination.
