CMA Final Exam Form Dec 2023: ICMAI CMA Institute has officially announced the extended cut-off date for submission of online CMA Final exam application form for December 2023 term of examinations.
The Institute of Cost Accountant of India (CMA Institute) erstwhile known as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) has officially announced the last date for submission of exam form for Dec 2023.
ICWAI conducts CMA exams twice in every year in the month of June and December. CMA Institute has notified the extended date for online CMA Final Exam form for Dec 2023. ICMAI CMA Final exam application form last date is extended till 10th Oct, 2023.

Application Forms for CMA Final Examination shall be accepted through online mode only. CMA Final exam fees accepted through online mode only (including Pay fee Module of IDBI Bank). No Offline form and DD payment will be accepted for domestic candidate.

Application Form Last Date
Last date for receipt CMA Final examination application forms is 10th Oct, 2023 through online mode using either Internet Banking facility or Credit/Debit Card without any late fees.
Note that in case of paying the exam fees using pay-fee module last date is 10.10.2023 without late fees.

Instructions for filling up online Examination Application Form For Final Course.
- Multiple Exam Forms: Only one Application Form must be filled up giving the choice of Group (s). Multiple or incomplete applications by the candidate are liable to be rejected.
- Complete Address: The address furnished by the student in the application form will be treated as the official communication address for sending Admit Card / Marks Sheet / Certificate etc. and any examination related correspondence.
- Change Exam Centres: A candidate must specify his/her Name, Group, Examination Centre in Block Letters and the Examination Centre Code in the space provided for in the Application Form. Centre once opted for will not be changed under any circumstances.
- Exemption Granted: If a candidate has been allowed the benefit of exemption or carry forward of marks in any subject(s), such benefit shall stand automatically cancelled if the candidate appears in the subject(s) again.
- Exemption Period: Exemptions of paper(s) are valid only for 3 consecutive terms of examinations, immediately succeeding the term in which the student had secured exemption in the particular paper(s) by appearance in examination.
- Rejected Exam Form: Applications without Registration Number or with wrong Registration Number are liable to be rejected.
- Exam Form Xerox: The students are advised to keep the photocopy of the filled-up Examination Application Form with him/her for any further reference.
- Practical and IOTP Training: Student appearing for both the groups or remaining group of Final course, Practical & IOTP Training are mandatory before filling up the examination application form. However, CMA Institute has exempted from all types training requirement for Dec 2023 term of examinations.
Online Form Fill Up Procedure
Step-1: Visit ICMAI examination official website https://examicmai.in/
Step-2: Click on Online Application under exam application menu from top left corner.
Step-3: Select Final from the drop down menu option and then press “Click Here” button as shown in the screenshot below.
Step-4: You will see the instructions page as discussed above. Scroll down and click on Accept button.
Step-5: Enter your CMA Final current registration number and click on Pls. Check button. Then press “Click Here” button beside the “Registration No.” field.
Step-6: Fill the applicant details then press “Submit” button.
Step-7: Upload your recent Photo and Signature in .jpg or .jpeg or .bmp format. Maximum file size allowed is 40KB.
Step-8: Payment -> choose Payable Mode -> “Pay Now” button.
Note: After making successful payment if your balance is deducted from your account but status incomplete, please wait for 3 working days for updated status before making another payment.
After deducting payment and waiting three working days if payment is still not successful then payment is NOT CAPTURED by bank, please contact your bank for necessary refund if any and made the payment again within due date.
Exam Form Status
Check your application status after three working days from submitting, by putting your registration no, if a payment shows incomplete though after making payment, please send the mail at exam.helpdesk@icmai.in with documentary evidence / paid challan copy etc. immediately.

Correction Window
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has decided to give a chance for making correction/ update/ change facility in Online Examination Application Form for the scheduled CMA Final Examination of Dec 2023 Term till Oct 10, 2023.
The candidates are requested to undertake correction(s)/change(s) very carefully as it is the last chance of correction/ update/change provided to the candidate. Hence they are requested to verify their choice very carefully.
No change/correction will be accepted through email/phone call etc. The Candidates/students are advised to keep regularly in touch with the website of the Institute for further notifications and announcements and in case of any query or clarification can e-mail us at exam.helpdesk@icmai.in.
