Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must meet the following strict conditions:

  1. Retirement Status: The applicant must be a superannuated (retired) employee of NCL.
  2. Retirement Period: Only those who superannuated between 31.12.2022 and 31.12.2025 are eligible.
    • Applicants who retired before Dec 31, 2022, or after Dec 31, 2025, are not eligible.
  3. Role Match: Applicants must apply for the same post from which they superannuated. For example, a retired Staff Nurse can only apply for the Staff Nurse vacancy.
  4. Upper Age Limit: The engagement is subject to an upper age limit of 65 years.

Selection Process: The 30-Mark System

The selection will not be based on a new written exam but rather on the candidate’s past service record. A merit panel will be prepared based on a total of 30 Marks, derived from two key performance indicators from the 3 years preceding superannuation.

1. Physical Attendance (15 Marks)

Marks are awarded for attendance in each of the 3 years prior to retirement (5 marks per year).

2. Annual Confidential Report (ACR) (15 Marks)

Similarly, the candidate’s ACR grades for the last 3 years determine the remaining marks:

  • Outstanding / Excellent: 5 Marks per year
  • Very Good: 3 Marks per year

Tie-Breaking Rule:
In case two candidates secure equal marks, preference will be given in the following order:

  1. Higher marks in ACR.
  2. Younger in age (Date of Birth).
  3. Junior in appointment (Date of Appointment).

How to Apply

The application process is offline and must be completed by hand. Follow these steps carefully:
