Proforma for Waiver of Examination Fees to be submitted by Minority candidates at the time of document verification against Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No. 01/2025

Note: At the time of document verification such candidates claiming waiver of examination fee will be required to furnish ‘Minority Community Declaration’ affidavit on non-judicial stamp-paper that he / she belongs to any of the minority community notified by Central Government (i.e., Muslim / Sikh / Christian / Buddhist / Jain / Zoroastrians (Parsis).

This is a self-declaration form to be submitted by minority candidates (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, or Zoroastrian/Parsi) at the time of document verification to claim exemption from the examination fee.

The candidate must:

  • Declare their minority community status.
  • Provide personal details (name, parent’s name, address, etc.).
  • Sign and date the declaration.
  • Include their RRB Registration Number.

Note: During document verification, such candidates must also submit a Minority Community Declaration affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper affirming their minority status as notified by the Central Government.
