FORMAT OF CERTIFICATE TO BE SUBMITTED BY EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES WHO ARE SERVING ON THE CLOSING DATE OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION, REGARDING THEIR EMPLOYMENT FROM THEIR COMMANDING OFFICER FOR AVAILING EX-SERVICEMEN QUOTA AGAINST CEN No. 01/2025

1. It is informed that Shri/Smt/Kumari ___________ working as _ (Rank) in _________unit/office has applied for the post of _____ against RRB CEN dated

2. I, hereby, with the information available, certify in respect of Shri/Smt/Kumari ___________ Number______________, working as ____(Rank ) as follows

  • a) He/she will be completing/has completed /has completed period of engagement of _ years (in words__________________________________) for acquiring Ex-servicemen status, subject to fulfilment of other conditions on __(date).

Annexure VIIA is a certificate format to be submitted by Ex-Servicemen candidates currently serving in the Armed Forces on the closing date of application submission. It is required to claim the Ex-Servicemen quota for CEN No. 01/2025.

Key Details:

  • Issued by the Commanding Officer of the candidate.
  • Certifies the candidate’s:
    • Current rank and unit.
    • Duration of service completed and expected to be completed.
    • Expected date of discharge from service.
    • Confirmation that the candidate will be released if selected for the post.

Required Signatures: Signed and sealed by the Commanding Officer with name, designation, and unit details.
