Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.01.2026)

Terms of Contract and Benefits

This position is specifically for the Jaipur Airport Project and does not confer a right to regular absorption into IRCON.

• Duration: The appointment is for three years, subject to satisfactory performance, or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
• Medical Insurance: Employees must purchase a medical health insurance policy (coverage of Rs. 3 Lakhs). IRCON will reimburse the premium up to a ceiling of Rs. 4,000/- per annum.
• Provident Fund: Minimum PF will be deducted, and a matching contribution will be made by IRCON.
• Leaves: One leave is allowed per calendar month. Leaves can be accumulated but not encashed.
• Allowances: No other allowances are provided over the fixed pay, though TA/DA is admissible for outstation duty.
