The Indian Navy Agniveer (MR) Recruitment 2025-2026 invites unmarried male and female candidates for a four-year service tenure under the Agnipath scheme. Applicants must have passed the 10th board exam with at least 50% marks and fall within the specified age range.

The selection process consists of Stage I – INET (online exam) and Stage II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT), written test, and medical examination. The INET exam is computer-based, featuring 50 multiple-choice questions, with a negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer. Candidates must qualify in all stages to proceed to training at INS Chilka, Odisha.

The salary starts at ₹30,000 per month, increasing to ₹40,000 in the final year, with a Seva Nidhi package worth ₹10.04 lakh after completion. Additionally, candidates receive ₹48 lakh life insurance, death and disability compensation, but no pension benefits. Only 25% of Agniveers may get permanent enrolment.
