The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has issued a notification for the contractual engagement of Assistant Registrars (AR) at its New Delhi and Chennai benches. There are two tentative vacancies, one at each location. Candidates must either have a degree in Law or an MBA (Full Time/HR) with at least three years of managerial experience in a fully online system, preferably in a government setting, or a Bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience.
The minimum age requirement is 25 years, and retired individuals with relevant qualifications and experience may also apply. The monthly remuneration for the position is ₹55,000. The contract is initially for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance, but it does not confer any right to permanent employment.
The appointees will not receive allowances such as HRA or DA and will have limited leave entitlements. Working hours will be as per NCLT norms, with the possibility of additional work on weekends and holidays without extra remuneration.
Interested candidates must apply online by April 5, 2025, at 17:00 hrs, submitting a CV (maximum two pages) with a passport-sized photo and relevant documents.
