Age and Diploma Eligibility Constraints

For Diploma Engineering candidates, only those who passed the course between the years 2023 to 2025 are eligible to apply. This is because the Board of Practical Training (BoPT), Govt. of India, does not allow signing of the training contract after three years from the date of passing the Diploma Engineering course.

Special Reservation Quotas

50% of the total seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the Golaghat District.

Half of this Golaghat quota is further reserved for candidates covered under NRL CSR’s Gyandeep Scheme (HSLC passed).

If an adequate number of candidates are not found in these categories, the seats will be filled by candidates from the open category.
