ICSI Exam Form June 2025 – Steps to Apply Online for CS Exams: The June 2025 Session of Examinations shall be conducted from 1st June, 2025 till 10th June, 2025.
The last date for submission without a late fee is March 25, 2025, while with a late fee, it extends to April 9, 2025. Students seeking exemptions based on higher qualifications must apply before April 9, 2025. Any modifications, such as changes in the exam center or medium, can be made until May 1, 2025.
Enrollment is strictly online, and any requests beyond the deadline will be rejected. Students must complete the pre-exam test and orientation programs as applicable. The last date for exemption cancellation or document resubmission is May 1, 2025, by 4:00 PM. The new syllabus (2022) is applicable from the June 2025 session.

Fill up CS Exam form June 2025. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that the Company Secretary (CS) examination applications in physical form will not be accepted for June, 2025 session examination. Accordingly, the physical exam form will be immediately rejected by the CS Institute without any prior notice.
This is because, the ICSI has gone online for all services related to students including Online Registration System for admissions/ registrations to Executive and Professional Programme.
ICSI releases time table for Executive and Professional exams to be conducted in the month of June 2025. Therefore, you have to fill up and submit your CS Exam Forms online for June 2025 attempt of respective level of examinations.
That means you may now fill up and submit your exam form online without paying any transaction charges just like postage and demand draft charges, travelling cost etc. as these all charges will be borne by the CS Institute itself and you may also be able to save your valuable time etc.
Those students who have registered themselves for the CS Executive Course/ CS Professional Course can enroll in the course for the session any time after 6 months of the registration.

Step-1. Visit the ICSI Portal
- Go to the ICSI official website: https://www.icsi.edu
- Click on “Online Services” and select “Student Login”
Step-2. Log in to Your Account
- Enter your User ID (which is your registration number).
- Enter your password and log in.
Step-3. Access the Exam Enrollment Section
- On the dashboard, go to “Module” > “Examination Enrollment”
- Click on “Submit Exam Form”
Visit official website of ICSI Smash Portal i.e. smash.icsi.in or click the link given below and login using your valid user ID and password. CS Exam Form 2025 on official website of CS Institute.

Step-4. Select Examination Details
- Choose Examination Session: June 2025
- Select Course Level: Executive/Professional
- Choose the Module(s) you are appearing for
- Select your Examination Center
- Choose the Medium of Examination: English/Hindi
Step-5. Upload Required Documents (If Needed)
If applicable, upload scanned copies of any required documents.
Step-6. Review and Confirm Details
Verify all details entered, as modifications may not be allowed after submission.
Step-7. Pay the Examination Fee
The examination fees for Executive and Professional Programme are ₹1500 and ₹1800 per module/group, respectively, with a late fee of ₹250. An additional surcharge of $100 (₹8688) is applicable for students opting for the Dubai center.
- CS Executive: ₹1,500 per module
- CS Professional: ₹1,800 per module
- Late fee (if applicable): ₹250
- Choose a payment mode (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
- Make the payment and wait for the confirmation message.
Step-8. Download the Confirmation Receipt
Enter the Bank / Credit/ Debit Card details and click on the button “Make Payment” button. For all successful payments a Fee Receipt is instantly generated. You may also re-generate and print duplicate receipt at the following link by entering the Transaction Id.
Once the payment is successful, download and print the acknowledgment receipt.
You will also receive a confirmation email/SMS.
Step-9. Download Admit Card (Later Stage)
The admit card will be available 15 days before the exam. Download it from the ICSI portal when released.
Complete Enrollment Request: In case the enrollment process was not completed in one sitting then user can find the initiated enrollment form under Examination Enrollment Request screen, Search Result.
Check ICSI Exam Enrollment Payment Status – June 2025
Note that all examination applications without a valid fee receipt shall be rejected without notice. In case the amount is deducted from the bank / debit/ credit card account but the acknowledgement is not automatically generated by the system, students may verify the status of payment from the following link by entering the Request Id and Transaction / Payment Id.
