CA Foundation May 2026 exam dates are 14th, 16th, 18th & 20th May 2026. The next ICAI CA Foundation exam dates are scheduled to be held from 14.05.2026 to 20.05.2026.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announces CA Foundation course exam schedule on official website of ICAI i.e. icai.org. ICAI conducts CA Foundation exam as per syllabus contained in the scheme notified by the Council under Regulation 25 F (3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
In pursuance of Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that the upcoming Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation course examination shall be held in the month of MAY 2026 vide Notification No. 13-CA (EXAM)/ MAY/2026 dated 12.12.2025.
There are 290 places in India and 8 overseas centres for this term CA Foundation examinations. However, the CA Foundation exam shall be held in that exam centres provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each centre as said by ICAI.

ICAI Foundation Exam Fee MAY 2026
CA Foundation Indian centres students are required to pay the fee of ₹1,500 for the examinations to be held in the month of MAY 2026. Whereas, candidates of foundation course examination opting for Overseas Centre(s) i.e. Dubai /Abu Dhabi / Muscat are required to remit US $325. Students of CA foundation examinations opting for Exam Centre at Kathmandu are required to pay only ₹2200/-.

CA Foundation Exam Form Application MAY 2026
All candidates in respect of CA Foundation Examinations will be required to apply online and also pay the applicable examination fee online only. This will make the process more efficient and convenient for candidates.
Thus, you may fill up and submit your Exam Form online for CA Foundation May 2026 term of examination from 3rd March 2026. Last date for applying/ submitting online exam form without late fee is 16th March 2026 and with late fee of ₹600/- or US$ 10 is 19th March 2026.

The ICAI is allowing candidates of the CA Foundation Examinations May 2026 to opt for Hindi medium to answer their question papers. This will make the exam more accessible to candidates from all backgrounds and will help to promote inclusivity in the profession of chartered accountancy.
