The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released suggested answers for all questions asked in CA Foundation exams, including the JAN 2026 attempt. These answers, prepared by the Board of Studies, cover subjects like Law and Accounts.
Suggested answers are typically uploaded 45 days after the last exam date. Students can download question papers with solutions for attempts from December 2021 to JAN 2026. While answers are only available for the first two papers, question papers for all four subjects are accessible in soft copy. The next CA Foundation exams are scheduled for May 2026.
How to download Suggested Answers
ICAI has uploaded CA Foundation suggested answers JAN 2026 in the second week of March 2026. Generally, CA Institute provides suggested answers after declaration of CA Foundation results.
In other words, you may download JAN 2026 suggested answers just after announcements of CA Foundation exam schedule May 2026.
Suggested Answer – Foundation Course – January, 2026
The ICAI releases official suggested answers for all CA exams on their website. You can find them under the “Suggested Answers” section of the Board of Studies (BoS) tab.

Foundation Course – New Scheme of Education and Training
Following are the steps to be followed to download questions and answers of all papers from official website of CA Institute:
- Fist of all visit official website of CA Institute at www.icai.org
- From STUDENTS Navbar Menu on the top, select BoS Knowledge Portal
- Click on Foundation Course under heading New Scheme of Education and Training
- Choose your respective paper you want suggested answers
- Now, press your mouse button or tap on Suggested Answers
- Finally, download and print the suggested answers of all previously asked questions.
