Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria

1. Specialist Medical Officers (Polyclinic under XV FC)

Several specialist positions are available for Medicine, Paediatrics, G&O, and Ophthalmology.

  • Remuneration: ₹3,000 per day (Part-time, thrice a week)
  • Age Limit: 21 – 67 years (as of 01.01.2025)
  • Essential Qualification:
    • MBBS from an MCI-recognized institute
    • Post-Graduate degree / DNB / Diploma in the relevant specialization
    • Must be registered under the West Bengal Medical Council

2. Block Public Health Manager

  • No. of Posts: 06 (UR-02, EWS-01, SC-02, ST-01)
  • Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month
  • Age Limit: 21 – 40 years
  • Essential Qualification:
    • B.Sc. in Life Science with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management
    • Proficiency in advanced MS Office
  • Desirable:
    • M.Sc. in Life Science
    • Experience in Public Health

3. RMNCH+A Counselor

  • No. of Posts: 01 (EWS)
  • Remuneration: ₹20,000 per month
  • Age Limit: 21 – 40 years
  • Essential Qualification:
    • Graduation in Social Science
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Fluency in local languages (reading and writing)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Health/Social Sector
  • Preferential Criteria:
    • Master’s degree in Social Science
    • Counseling experience in the health sector

4. TBHV, NTEP (Tuberculosis Health Visitor)

  • No. of Posts: 01 (EWS)
  • Remuneration: ₹18,000 per month
  • Age Limit: 21 – 40 years
  • Essential Qualification:
    • Graduate in Science
    • Minimum 1 year of completed experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker
    • Training course for MPW
