It is also declared that I do not belong to persons/sections (Creamy Layer) mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule to the above referred Office Memorandum dated 08.09.1993 and its subsequent revision through O.M.No.36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 13.09.2017.

The above Annexure is a declaration form to be submitted by candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) category during document verification for recruitment under a Centralized Employment Notice.

In this form, the candidate must:

State their name, parent’s name, residential details, and sub-caste. Declare that they belong to an OBC community recognized by the Government of India for reservation benefits. Confirm that they do not fall under the Creamy Layer category as defined by government orders (specifically the Office Memorandums dated 08.09.1993 and 13.09.2017).
