Eligibility Criteria
Candidates meeting the following criteria can apply:
- CA Final Students: currently undergoing the last two years of articleship or having completed articleship.
- Recently Qualified Chartered Accountants.
- Intermediate Students: Candidates who have passed CA Intermediate/IPCC and have completed at least one year of articleship (subject to specific batch guidelines).
Course Fee & Concessions
- Standard Fee:₹48,000 (for both male and female candidates).
- Includes: Tuition, course materials, boarding, lodging, and local field visits.
- Payment Mode: Online via Credit Card/Net Banking/Bhim UPI through the ICAI Cloud Campus portal.
- Registration Payment: You may pay the full fee upfront or a partial registration fee (approx. 20%) with the balance payable prior to course commencement.
- Special Concession: In previous years, ICAI has offered subsidized rates (e.g., ₹24,000 or ₹12,000) for specific batches to encourage participation. Please check the current notification for any active discounts.
- Rank Holder Exemption: Top 10 Rank Holders of CA Intermediate and CA Final exams are exempt from the course fee.
How to Register Online
Registration is handled through the ICAI Digital Learning Hub or the POU portal.

- Process:
- Visit www.icaionlineregistration.org or the ICAI Digital Learning Hub.
- Login using your Student Registration Number (SRO/NRO/etc.) and Date of Birth.
- Select “Residential Programme” under the Course category.
- Choose your batch (Jaipur/Hyderabad) and click “Register.”
Required Details for Registration:
- ICAI Registration Number & Date of Birth.
- Date of joining & completion of Articleship (upload completion certificate if applicable).
- Details of Principal (Name, Membership No., Firm Name).
- Marks secured in previous ICAI examinations.
Submission of Documents: After successful online registration, email the scanned copy of the registered form to psd@icai.in or the respective CoE email (coejaipur@icai.in / coehyd@icai.in).
Important Guidelines
- Selection: Admission is generally on a First-Come-First-Served basis. In case of over-subscription, preference may be given to qualified CAs or those nearest to exam completion.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Within 2 weeks of commencement: No refund.
- 2nd last week: 20% deduction.
- Last week: 30% deduction.
- Exemption Note: Successfully completing this 4-week program automatically exempts you from the standard 15-day MCS/AICITSS requirement. You do not need to do the 15-day course separately.
