Thousands of aspiring Chartered Accountants across India received their scores, with the ICAI also releasing the list of All India Rank (AIR) holders, marking the culmination of years of rigorous study and dedication.
CA Final May 2025 Toppers List
The top ranks for the CA Final May 2025 examination are as follows:
- AIR 1: Rajan Kabra – 516 Marks (86%)
- AIR 2: Nishtha Bothra – 503 Marks (83.83%)
- AIR 3: Manav Rakesh Shah – 493 Marks (82.17%)
These individuals have demonstrated exceptional academic prowess and commitment, achieving the highest scores in one of India’s toughest professional examinations.
Key Highlights of CA Final May 2025 Results
The CA Final exams were conducted between May 2 and May 13, 2025, under the revised ICAI scheme. The results were declared today, July 6, 2025, with the Final and Intermediate results available around 2 PM and Foundation results by 5 PM.
Overall Pass Percentage:
The May 2025 session has seen a moderate pass percentage, reflecting the challenging nature of the CA Final examination. Here’s a breakdown:

- No. of candidates appeared: 66,943
- No. of candidates passed: 14,979
- Pass Percentage: 22.38%
- Group II:
- No. of candidates appeared: 46,173
- No. of candidates passed: 12,204
- Pass Percentage: 26.43%
- Both Groups (Cleared Simultaneously):
- No. of candidates appeared: 29,286
- No. of candidates passed: 5,490
- Pass Percentage: 18.75%
A total of 14,247 candidates have successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants in this session.

Passing Criteria:
To pass any group of the CA exams, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Score at least 40% marks in each subject.
- Achieve 50% overall marks in each group.
Candidates scoring 70% or above in aggregate are awarded “Pass with Distinction.”
