ICAI CA Final Admit Card 2025: Download CA Final Admit Card May 2025 hosted by CA Institute online at official website eservices.icai.org. ICAI Exam Admit Card releases for May 2025 term of examinations to be held from 2nd May 2025.
According to paragraph 18 of Guidance Note, “Issue of Admit Cards“, Admit cards with photographs and signatures of the candidates will be hosted on https://eservices.icai.org. The dispatch of physical admit cards has now been discontinued. Therefore, all students of CA Final Course have to download and/ or print CA Final Admit Card online for May 2025 Examination.
All the eligible candidates are allowed to download CA Final May 2025 Exams admit card generally 14 days prior to the commencement of the examination. Accordingly, the CA Institute releases Admit Card well in advance on 16th April, 2025.

eservices.icai.org. This is the dedicated platform for all examination-related downloads. - Locate the Admit Card Link: On the homepage, look for and click on the “Admit Card” link specifically for CA Final May 2025 exams.
- Enter Login Credentials: You will be prompted to enter your user ID (registration number) and password. Your password is typically your date of birth in the format DD-MM-YYYY.
- Review and Download: Once logged in, your admit card will be displayed. Carefully review all the details. If everything is correct, proceed to download the admit card.
- Print Multiple Copies: It is highly recommended to download and print at least 2-3 copies of your admit card for safety and backup.

The CA Final May 2025 examinations were conducted with a revised schedule. While the initial dates were announced, some papers were later postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Group I – Paper 2: May 4, 2025
- Group I – Paper 3: May 6, 2025
- Group II – Paper 4: May 8, 2025
- Group II – Paper 5 (Indirect Tax Laws / INTT–AT Paper – 1: International Tax – Transfer Pricing): May 16, 2025 (Revised from May 10, 2025)

Exam Timings: Most papers are conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST). However, some papers (marked with an asterisk) conclude at 6:00 PM.
Discrepancies and Rectification
It is crucial for candidates to meticulously check all the details on their downloaded admit card. In case of any discrepancies or errors, such as:

- Missing or unclear photograph/signature

- Printed Copy of CA Final Admit Card: Digital copies on mobile phones or other devices are strictly not accepted.
- Valid Photo ID Proof: This could be an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.
- Two Passport-Sized Photographs: These may be required to affix to the attendance register, especially if your admit card does not bear a photograph or signature.
- Attestation (if applicable): If your admit card lacks a photograph or signature, you may need to get it attested by an ICAI member. The attesting member should clearly write their name, membership number, and office stamp along with their signature.
Post-Examination: Results and Beyond
The results for the CA Final May 2025 examinations are likely to be declared on July 6, 2025, around 2:00 PM (IST) on the official ICAI result portal: icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org. Candidates will need their Roll Number and Registration Number to access their scorecards.
